The growing amount of research on the positive effects of exercise, physical activity, and movement in general is undeniable. Exercise should be the first step in lifestyle modifications for the prevention and management of chronic diseases. CrossFit has recently posted a video of Greg Glassman, “inventor” of CrossFit.
